Offer

Within 48 hours, you will receive a clear evaluation of the hotel offers that are relevant for you and have already been optioned. In addition to the necessary information and room rates, we also provide pictures and customer reviews of the respective hotel to give you an overall impression. You will receive our professional summary of suitable hotels as a PDF file or, on request, as a PowerPoint presentation to make it easier for you to present the offer to your company.

Hotels are our speciality, but over the years we have also built up a network of many other event-related service providers: Photographers, transport service providers, entertainers etc. So that you receive a customised overall package from a single source.

Costs

We are happy to negotiate the price-performance ratio for you. We will only suggest hotels that fit your budget and you will receive the best possible price at the time of booking. Our service is free of charge for you, as our services are remunerated via a flat-rate commission from the hotels.

Contract

As soon as you have decided on a hotel, the hotel will be firmly booked. The contract is concluded between your company and the hotel. All other hotel options will be released by us.
